Lie to Me – Episode 1 “Pilot”

In this opening episode we are introduced to Dr Cal Lightman (Tim Roth) who is the worlds leading deception expert. He discovers if people are lying through their body language, facial expressions and speech. He runs a private firm of experts who help goverment agencies and the police find the truth in impossible cases.

A teenage Jehovah’s Witness is seen fleeing the scene of his high school teachers murder, is accused of her murder. Lightmans team are called in to find out whether he did kill her and if not who did……..
